On drums you have Emilio Panetta
who has performed with and/or acted as musical director for Jessica Mauboy, Altiyan Childs, Shannon Noll, Ricki Lee, Guy Sebastian, Young Divas, Anthony Callea, Deni Hines, Roachford (UK), and Mika Paris (UK).
Guitar – Chris Kamzelas
Credentials include resident guitarist in the Australian Idol Band, Jessica Mauboy, Altiyan Chids, Shannon Noll, Tina Arena, and Russell Crowe.
Bass – Yam Glymin
Yaw has played bass for several years with bands such as ‘Kalabash’, the premier Afro-Caribbean band of Sydney and ‘Credo’, an experimental World Fusion band with ex-members of 80’s classical jazz group, ‘The Posh’. Yaw joined the ‘Riva Band’ in 1993 and performed at the Riva Nite Club at the Sheraton on the Park Sydney for six years as well as performing at numerous corporate functions and wedding receptions. The Riva Band resided in Singapore in 1994 and 1996 performing at the Caesar’s Nite Club and The Hard Rock Café respectively. Yaw has also played bass for Christine Anu Band c
Keys – Ben Calefati
Easily the most respected keyboardists in Sydney. Ben is an alumnus of Australia’s prestigious Conservatoire of Music. Yes, he’s been classically trained, but his styles range from classical to jazz to pop to contemporary. Ben has performed everywhere. This man is an all-rounder. He’s based in Sydney and is always on the go. What can we say… the man is TALENTED!
Vocals – Leina Mahe
With music and singing being a big part of her Polynesian background, learning how to play musical instruments at the early age of 9 came naturally to Leina. She later went on and formed the band Elicit Vibe, with her 5 siblings performing at clubs and other venues around the local music scene for 7 years. Formerly the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the family band, she developed a unique vocal sound with the ability to rock different genres. Leina’s loves performing and despite previously being in a band for 7 years, she’s just getting started!
Vocals – Era Tuakalau
A definite favourite with R&B lovers. Singing from the age of 7, Era has developed a unique style and reputation built through public following and his amazing vocal talents. His guitar playing and vocal abilities are second to none. Era is a crowed pleaser and entertainer. He has worked with many bands and experienced the live seen for many years, but one thing he holds tight is working with a crowd. Singing all the old school hits and playing guitar at the same time is amazing to watch.
Vocals – Maybelle Galuvao
Maybelle Galuvao would probably be best known to Australian audiences for her soulful television performances on Channel 9′s ‘The Footy Show’. Maybelle is also a member of one of NZ’s chart topping 90″s group Ma-V-Elle, a well known female group, who were the winners of the NZ’s Showcase competition and toured Europe. Ma-V-Elle were very fortunate to have worked along side some of the world’s biggest names including Tina Turner, Sister Sledge, The Supremes, Boney M, Macy Gray, Mos Def and local artists including Jimmy Barnes and Little River Band. The group Ma-V-Elle is currently working on releasing a new single (“Lets Go”), which will be available on iTunes and all radio stations by the end of July 2013. Maybelle is passionate and driven by music, when an opportunity arises she leaps for it.
